Jay “Majors” Raposo, owner of Major League Barbershop and Academy, began his journey in the hair industry as a child, captivated by the atmosphere of a local barbershop. Overcoming adversity, he obtained his barber and cosmetology license in 2004. Raposo advocates for collaboration between stylists and barbers, emphasizing mutual learning opportunities. His nickname “Majors” reflects his dedication to excellence in all endeavors.
